- Designed exclusively for direct observation of the Sun. Never observe partial or annular eclipses without solar filters.
- Do not use with telescopes, binoculars, cameras, or other optical devices.
- Limit continuous use of the eclipse glasses to 3 minutes at a time.
- Before each use, inspect the filters. Do not use them if they have scratches, perforations, distortions, or any other damage.
- Put on the glasses before looking at the Sun, and remove them only after looking away.
- Limit continuous observation to 3 minutes, and rest for at least 30 seconds between viewing sessions.
- If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or eye pain, stop observing immediately.
- Children should always use them under the direct supervision of an adult.
- During the totality of a total solar eclipse (when the Sun is completely covered), it is safe to observe without the glasses.
- Put them back on immediately as soon as any part of the Sun reappears.
- Store them in a dry place, without folding them, and protect them from direct light.
- Do not reuse them unless they remain in perfect condition.
