The contract is considered formalized once the confirmation email is sent to the customer.
4. Prices and Taxes
The prices displayed on the website include the applicable VAT in Spain unless stated otherwise. Eclipse262728 reserves the right to modify prices at any time, ensuring that the customer pays the amount displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Activities, Experiences, and In-Person Training
Customers may cancel their participation under the following conditions:
Up to 30 days before the event: 100% refund
Between 29 and 15 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: no refunds
In case of cancellation due to external factors (weather conditions, force majeure, eclipse not visible due to atmospheric conditions), refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated for each activity.
6.2. Online Training or Digital Products
Once the digital content has been delivered, no refunds are accepted in accordance with Law 3/2014.
6.3. Physical Products
Customers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the product is in perfect condition.
7. Specific Conditions for the “Eclipse Accommodation Seal”
Owners applying for the seal accept that:
Their accommodation information will be verified
The seal may be revoked in case of misuse
The company may use accommodation data for promotional purposes of the project
Submitting the request does not guarantee approval
8. Liability
Eclipse262728 is not responsible for:
Adverse weather conditions affecting eclipse visibility
Cancellations attributable to third-party providers
Misuse of acquired information or materials
Technical errors beyond the company’s control
9. Intellectual Property
